We take Allied Pacific IPA, Medicare, AppleCare, BlueCross, among others.

2. Is a referral necessary for an appointment?
That depends on your insurance.
For HMO plans such as Allied Pacific IPA, AppleCare, a referral and prior authorization is needed.
For PPO and Medicare, a referral is not necessary.
